Regina Henry Obituary

Regina Ann “Gina” (Parenteau) Henry, 67, passed away unexpectedly on March, 14, 2023 at her home in Greenfield. Gina was born in Ft. Worth, Texas on February 17, 1956, the daughter of Roger and Jean (Huff) Parenteau. She graduated from Turners Falls High School.

Gina married Alan (Skip) Henry on March 7, 1981. She was a Payroll/Benefits Specialist at The United Arc until her retirement in September of 2021.

She is lovingly remembered by her son Bobby of Texas, brother Mike Parenteau and his wife Pat, of Southhampton, MA, sister Cindy Shea and her husband Bill of Gill, brother Roger (Joe) Parenteau and his wife Pam of Haydenville and sister Mary Williams and her husband Tom of Shelburne, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many cousins. Gina was predeceased by her husband Skip and daughter Katie as well as by her parents.

At Gina’s request, there will be no funeral services. She will be laid to rest in the Green River Cemetery in a private ceremony at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association or The American Heart Assocation.

A Celebration of Gina’s Life will be observed on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 1PM to 4PM at the Shuetzen Verien, 55 Barton Road, Gill, MA
