Greenfield, MassachusettsRegina Ann Greene, 87, formerly of 31 Pray Drive, Apt. #1, and a resident of the Charlene Manor Extended Care facility, 130 Colrain Road, died early Wednesday morning at the nursing facility following a period of declining health. A native of Greenfield, she was born on December 30, 1931 to Reginald A. and Leona E. (Pratt) Greene and was educated in Greenfield Public Schools, a graduate of GHS in the Class of 1949. Regina was employed at the former McClelland’s Store, Wilson’s Department Store and Eastern Textile in Greenfield. She was a member for many years of the Civil Air Patrol of Franklin County. She leaves her brother, John F. Greene of Shelburne Falls, MA. She was predeceased by her parents, as well as by her siblings Virginia, Irene and William. Private services will take place at the convenience of the family following cremation, with inurnment to take place in the Green River Cemetery. Visiting hours are omitted. Expressions of affection are suggested in lieu of flowers, to the Resident’s Activity Fund of the Charlene Manor Extended Care facility, 130 Colrain Road, Greenfield, MA.
