***Private funeral services for James W. Bennett and his wife, the former Patricia A. Smith will be in the

Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon, MA on Friday, May 22, 2022.

James W. Bennett, 81, a resident of the Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility and a former resident of Greenfield, MA died Wednesday, December 8, 2021 following a period of declining health.

Services in celebration of his life and patriotism will take place in the Spring of 2022. Services will be observed at the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Winchedon, MA with military honors provided by the 54th Massachusetts National Guard.
