David S. Wentworth, 76, of 11138 Aqua Vista Street, Unit #23, passed peacefully on July 1, 2014 at the Providence St. Elizabeth Care Center, in North Hollywood, CA, following a period of declining health. Mr. Wentworth, was former resident of Turners Falls, MA.
In keeping with David’s request, no formal services will be observed and interment, will be private in the Springdale Cemetery, Turners Falls, MA. Memorial contributions in his memory, may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
