Constance M.(Adams) Thornburg, 92, of Greenfield, Massachusetts died Friday, December 23, 2022 at the Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility, 130 Colrain Road, Greenfield, MA following a period of declining health.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family with interment to be held in the spring at West Branch Cemetery, Colrain, MA.
