Cathy A. Trinque

Cathy A. Trinque, 70, of Greenfield, MA passed away peacefully on August 17, 2023. She was born in Clinton, North Carolina on September 22, 1952 to James and Nancy Cottle. Cathy attended local schools in North Carolina and attended Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. She enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1972.

While serving in the army, Cathy met her husband Robert James Trinque and they married in 1974. She spent her married life in Greenfield where she raised two children.

She worked for Channing L. Bete Co. for over 19 years. Cathy then worked for Heat Fab until her retirement.

She enjoyed gardening, her rescue dogs and traveling though out the East Coast and Canada with her husband. She loved listening to country music and attended numerous concerts.

Cathy is predeceased by her parents and survived by her husband of 49 years, Robert J. Trinque. She leaves behind a brother James E. Cottle of South Carolina; a daughter, Robyn (Trinque) McKelvey and her husband, Michael of Greenfield, MA; a son Kelly and his wife Amie (Villeneuve) Trinque of Montague, MA and three beloved grandchildren, Lexi, Nathaniel and Gabriella (Bella). She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
